The problem

Teams add capabilities to their assistants as needs arise: read a file, call a service, send a message, change a record. Each addition is simple; the whole becomes impossible to inventory.

Nobody knows which skills exist anymore, who may trigger them, or what ran last week. An assistant that can do anything ends up doing what it was never asked to do.

Why it is hard

What we see:

  • skills duplicated from one team to another;
  • no trust policy: everything is allowed or everything is blocked;
  • actions without a trace, impossible to audit;
  • and governance that always arrives after the incident.

What we are building

A catalogue of reusable skills, classified, searchable, with a trust level per action: allowed, to be confirmed, forbidden.

Each team has its own space, quotas and history. A skill is granted; it is not improvised.

What changes

  • teams share without exposing themselves;
  • every action can be explained and replayed;
  • trust becomes a decision, not an assumption.

What comes next

This is being built at Grantity R&D, the lab, with teams that want to move fast without giving up control.
