The problem
Teams adopt managed services because it is fast. Then data grows, prices change, hosting terms change too. Leaving becomes a project more expensive than staying.
Sovereignty is not a slogan: it is the ability to know where your data is, who can access it, and to leave without losing everything.
Why it is hard
The consequences:
- a dependency paid for every month;
- residency requirements that cannot be met;
- an outage at a third party that becomes yours;
- and a migration nobody dares to start.
What we are building
A complete base you can host yourself, with the same capabilities as a managed service: identities, data, backups, updates and the intelligent services built in.
The goal is not to rewrite everything. It is to be able to stay, or leave, without starting over.
What changes
- data stays in your infrastructure;
- costs become predictable again;
- leaving remains possible, so negotiation does too.
What comes next
This is being built at Grantity R&D, the lab. We are building the base we wish we had found when starting a product.
