The problem

An entrepreneur starts with a clear idea. Six months later, they are running an assembly: one tool for invoicing, one for marketing, a spreadsheet for cash, a chat for decisions. Every tool has its truth; none tells the same company story.

Time goes into wiring, not customers. And when a decision must be made, the information has to be found first.

Why it is hard

In practice:

  • duplicated information, never up to date in the same place;
  • generic advice, disconnected from reality;
  • steps that do not survive a busy week;
  • and the feeling of running without moving.

What we are building

An operating partner that holds the plan, executes durable steps and keeps the company’s context. The human decides; the machine executes, follows up and reminds.

Every project keeps its history, its numbers and its constraints. The partner adapts to the business, not the other way around.

What changes

  • from idea to first customers without assembling ten tools;
  • one place where the state of the company is true;
  • decisions that leave a trace.

What comes next

This is being built at Grantity R&D, the lab, with entrepreneurs who accept to build while walking.
